Frequently asked questions

We usually deliver in approx. 1-5 working days. We send our parcels with DPD.
Here you can find the Status of your order.

On hold" means that we have received the order but are still waiting for the bank transfer.
In progress" means that we receive your payment and pack your parcel.
Completed" means that your order is packed and waiting for the delivery service or is already on its way to you.

You haven't received your parcel after 5 working days? Don't worry, we'll take care of it. Just tell us your order number and we'll find your parcel.

Under "My account" and "Orders" you will find all your orders.

  • to Germany2-3 working days. Orders that arrive before 19h leave our warehouse the next day.
  • to Austria1-2 working days. Orders that arrive before 19h leave our warehouse the next day.
  • to other European countries: approx. 3-5 working days, depending on the country and parcel service

As soon as the order has been paid for, it will be dispatched.
If payment by instant bank transfer has not been successful, the order will appear as unpaid and we will unfortunately not be able to dispatch it yet. As soon as the amount is received, e.g. by bank transfer, we will dispatch the parcel immediately.

We are very sorry that you wish to return your order or parts of it 🙁.
But we understand and want to make it as easy as possible for you.
With us you have 30 days time, the unopened products that you no longer wantwithout giving reasonsreturn it to us and get your money back. If you would like to return your order or parts of it please write us a short message

No problem! Please inform us briefly.
If the goods have not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the dispatch immediately.
If the parcel is already on its way, please send us the unopened goods (this is important) back to us. As soon as we have received the goods in their original packaging, we will refund the purchase price.

That depends on whether we are provided with testers or samples of the product by the brand.
