Application

Für beste Ergebnisse einen Beutel des Instantpulvers in heißem Wasser auflösen. Je nach gewünschter Stärke des Getränkes kann man zwischen 1 Glas und bis zu einem Liter Flüssigkeit variieren. Der Effekt des Pilzes tritt allerdings auch ein, wenn man das Pulver pur zu sich nimmt oder es in Smoothies, Säfte uä. mischt. 1 Päckchen pro Tag ist ausreichend, um den Effekt zu spüren. Bei Bedarf kann die Dosis nach Belieben gesteigert werden.
